Jack has over 50 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held various roles, including project manager from 1967 to 1974, operations manager from 1974 to 1978, and then serving as President from 1978 to 2003. After a brief ownership by a large publicilly held utility company, in 2005, Jack re-purchased the company and helped to rebuild it to its former size.
In 2015 Jack assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.
In 2024, the company transitioned to 100% employee-owned (ESOP).
Jack is a licensed master plumber in Maine and New Hampshire. He is a graduate of the U.A. Local 131 apprentice training program and also holds a degree from the University of New Hampshire.
Sean oversees day to day operations at NPI. He leads the firm's focus on sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. Before moving into the office, Sean was a pipefitter in the field. He is a member of NH Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 131 and serves as the chair to the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee. Sean is a liscenced plumber and gasfitter in the State of New Hampshire. He has been with the company full time since 2000.
Lauren has been with NPI for over 25 years, serving as the company's CFO and Controller. During her time with the organization, she has confidently and competently guided NPI through various iterations, including periods of ownership by Energy North and Keyspan Energy Solutions.
Currently, Lauren oversees the accounting side of NPI's operations. She is a valued and important part of the company, contributing her expertise and leadership to help steer NPI
Rob has been in the construction industry for 26 years and has experience as a mechanic, foreman, superintendent, estimator and project manager. He currently oversees the industrial service projects, day-to-day operations of NPI’s fabrication shop and he also manages NPI's “R” & “S” stamp program. Rob is a licensed plumber and gas fitter in New Hampshire and is a graduate of the U.A. Local 131 apprentice training program. Rob also is a member of the State of New Hampshire Boiler Advisory Board.
Dan joined NPI in 2022. Dan is responsible for leading the preparation of accurate, competitive, and strategic cost estimates for complex mechanical construction projects. With extensive experience in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems, Dan oversees the entire estimating process—from early conceptual budgets through final bid submission—ensuring projects are priced efficiently and positioned for success.
Tony has thirty two years experience in the pipe trades, twenty two as a superintendent in underground utilities. Tony moved to New Hampshire in 2013 after working for local 630 in West Palm Beach, Florida. NPI was lucky enough to secure Tony in 2014, and in 2016 he took over all NPI projects at one of NPI's satellite offices.
Cindy's began at NPI as an administrative services person and continues to evolve her role. In her thirty years of experience with the company she has handled accounts payable, worker’s compensation claims processing and payroll operations. She currently is the accounts receivable specialist and maintains the billing system.
Kyle started with NPI in 2022. His field and managerial experience have proven to be top notch. His experience in both warranty and service have proven to be valuable in his work here. In addition Kyle is a natural leader and well respected by all those he encounters.
