Jack has been in the construction business for over 50 years as project manager (1967 thru 1974), operations manager (1974 thru 1978), President (1978 thru 2015). Having repurchased the firm in 2005, it is a locally owned and managed mechanical contracting firm. Jack is a licensed master plumber in Maine and New Hampshire, a graduate of U.A. Local 131 apprentice training program and a graduate of the University of NH.
Sean oversees day to day operations at NPI. He leads the firm's focus on sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. Before taking the helm at NPI, Sean was a pipefitter in the field. He is a member of NH Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 131 and serves as the chair to the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee.
Lauren has been with NPI for 20+ years and has confidently and competently steered NPI through many iterations, including ownership by Energy North, and Keyspan Energy Solutions. She currently oversees the accounting side of NPI. Lauren is a valued and important part of what we do.
Rob has been in the construction industry for 26 years and has experience as a mechanic, foreman, superintendent, estimator and project manager. He currently oversees the industrial service projects, day-to-day operations of NPI’s fabrication shop and he also manages NPI's “R” & “S” stamp program. Rob is a licensed plumber and gas fitter in New Hampshire and is a graduate of the U.A. Local 131 apprentice training program. Rob also is a member of the State of New Hampshire Boiler Advisory Board.
Dana has been with NPI since 1996. He began his career as an apprentice for JJ Sullivan at Wentworth Douglass Hospital in 1985, then as journeyman for NPI working at UNH and other projects. Dana ran projects for NPI at Newington Cogeneration Plant for Fluor-Daniels and in consortium with Siemens Water Technologies at Merrimack Station in Bow, NH. Dana now leads the charge for NPI's estimating department.
Tony has thirty two years experience in the pipe trades, twenty two as a superintendent in underground utilities. Tomy moved to New Hampshire in 2013 after working for local 630 in West Palm Beach, Florida. NPI was lucky enough to secure Tony in 2014, and in 2016 he took over all NPI projects at Anheuser Busch.
Jim has worked forty two years in the piping trades and is also a member of Local #131 Plumbers and Steamfitters. He served his five-year apprenticeship with Johnson Controls working at a mining engineering firm for projects worldwide.
He started with NPI in 2010 as a Service Foreman and moved into the Service Manager position in 2017. He manages, troubleshoots, does sales and service on both commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
Cindy's began at NPI as an administrative services person and continues to evolve her roles here. Throughout her 24 years of experience with the company she has handled accounts payable, worker’s compensation claims processing and payroll operations. She currently is the accounts receivable specialist and maintains the billing system.
